YOUR VOICE is Mediclinic’s employee-experience survey — our way of listening to every colleague across all roles. Your feedback helps us strengthen our culture, enhance teamwork, and create a supportive workplace where everyone can thrive and deliver exceptional care.​

    Every response you share is confidential and grouped with others, so your privacy is always protected.​

    We run the full survey once a year, along with short “pulse checks” to hear how things are going inbetween. ​

    What matters most is what happens next — your feedback is reviewed, discussed within teams, andturned into real actions that make a difference in how we work together.​

    Your honest voice helps shape a workplace where everyone feels supported, valued, and inspired todeliver their best.​

  • Once the results are in, they’re shared openly across teams so everyone can see what we’re doing well andwhere we can grow. ​

    Managers then lead team discussions to explore the insights and agree on one to three practical actionswith clear timelines and accountability.​

    Progress is tracked, and quick pulse checks may follow — helping us stay focused, measure improvement, and celebrate the progress we make together.​
