Simply log in to Connect, find your colleague, and click “Give a Badge.”
Choose the badge that best represents their action, add a short message of appreciation, and hit save.
They will receive a notification (along with their manager), and the badge will proudly appear on their Connect profile — a small gesture that makes a big impact.
